PAYMENT AND SECURITY

 

Our online payment system is with PayPal which allows payment using any major credit/debit cards. PayPal is a safe, secure, online payment system and is regulated by the Financial Services Authority. CUSTOMERS DO NOT REQUIRE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PAY. YOU CAN SIMPLY USE A DEBIT/CREDIT CARD TO PAY INTO OUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

When we have received your order and payment, we will send a confirmation e-mail with your order details. This will be followed by a dispatched e-mail when your order has been processed. 

 

GOODS

 

We endeavour to keep www.personalisedglassgifts.co.uk as up to date as possible with stock levels and also with the information available. In the unlikely event a product does go out of stock we will contact you to discuss arrangements that are suitable for you.

Please note this site is set up for deliveries to the UK only.  For orders outside the UK please contact us by e-mail.

 

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS

 

Please note that personalised products are not returnable unless damaged or faulty.

Once your order has been placed they go into production and cannot be cancelled or changed.

3D Photo Crystals - Please note that these are bespoke products and every one is very different. NO refunds or returns are accepted unless the product is damaged or faulty. Please ensure you provide us with the best quality photo as possible. We will advise if we feel the photo is unusable.

 

DELIVERIES

 

We cannot be held responsible for delays due to bad weather or postal strikes.

 

POSTAGE

Standard delivery time is 7 - 10 days.

Shipping from £3.95 for our standard economy delivery for one item. Dispatched within 2-5 days.

Please allow up to 10 days delivery for all crystals and up to 14 days for 3D photo crystals.

Express delivery from £8.95. Guaranteed dispatch within 72 hours with next day delivery (Saturdays may not be applicable).

3D Crystal express production from £9.95. Dispatched within 3-4 days.

 

SHOULD ANYTHING GO WRONG

If we have made an error we will endeavour to correct this as soon as possible.

Order confirmations are your contract agreement between you and Personalisedglassblocks.co.uk. Any special requests for orders must be placed on the order form. We do accept requests on email before and after the order process but ultimately your order form is your binding contract for order fulfilment.
